Enrolment for Second semester, s/y 2011 – 2012 is now going on! Regular classes start November 7, 2011.

Please follow the following steps of enrolment:

 

  1. Proceed to Front Liner's table.

  2. You will be introduced by Front Liner to the available Admission Councilor for your inquiries.

  3. Take the Entrance or Qualifying Examination on AAC Office upon payment of Php 50.0. If you have already taken the Qualifying Exam, present the result to the assisting Admission Officer. Transferess are not required to take the qualifying exam.

  4. Submit to the Registrar to the following requirements:

    NEW STUDENTS/HS GRADUATE

    • HS Report Car/F138 or F137
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character
    • 2 copies 2x2 and 2 copies 1x1 ID picture (Blue background)
    • Exam Result (if exam is already taken)
    • 1 long brown envelope

    TRANSFEREES

    • Certificate of Grades or Transcript of Records
    • Honorable Dismissal
    • 2 copies 2x2 and 2 copies 1x1 ID picture (Blue background)
    • Exam Result (if exam is already taken)
    • 1 long brown envelope
  5. Fill-up the ARF or the Admission Record Form.

  6. Present your ARF to the Admission Counselor for an Interview.

  7. Proceed to the Office of the Academic Affairs Coordinator to take the English Placement Examination. If passed, the student will be advised to take English. If failed, the student shall  be advised to take English Plus.

  8. Fill-up the Enrollment Form. Seek for assistance of the available Admission Counselors/Staff.

  9. Proceed to the Office of the Registrar For the Approval of Subjects and Assessment of Fees.

  10. Present your Matriculation Form to the Office of the Administrator for the Final Interview and approval of your enrollment.

  11. Proceed to the Cashier for the Payment of Enrollment Fees.

  12. Present your copy of Enrollment/Matriculation Form to the Office of the Academic Affairs Coordinator for the payment of Other Fees, release of Class Cards, Pictorial for your ID and Schedule of Orientation Seminar.

CONGRATULATIONS! YOU ARE NOW OFFICIALLY ENROLLED!
